Shipping & Returns


We aim to get your products to you in the most cost-effective way, delivered by Australian Post. This includes tracking if posted in an Australia post bag.

Large orders will be posted out in a box with no tracking unless you contact us by a phone call to discuss your order and delivery.

If the packaging is damaged in the postal process and the product is still in good condition there shouldn't be any problems.

If products are damaged by Australian Post in end up in a bad condition then I ask to please contact me in a phone call and a photo message.

We send all our products in good condition, including all the chew toys and treats. Every product is packed by me and checked over.

We don't take responsibility for parcels being damaged by post service or if left out and damaged by weather.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Bella's Bunny Treats we do not accept any returns of products or exchange. No refunds or replacements of products will be taken into action. Treats and chew toys can not be returned due to health & hygienic reasons.

Processing time

I try my best to get our orders out to our customers ASAP, but our process time may vary. This is due to if we need to catch up on popular treats to be baked or our hand made chew toys needing to be hand made. So please wait for 3 to 5 working days. Plus postage delivery to process & get your orders out is also part of the processing time. If we are closed for a well-deserved break this also needs to be considered, as I am the only person to process these orders.

All Christmas orders need to be made no later than the 10th of December to allow processing & handling for parcels to arrive on time.

 As explained in the order section all our chew toys are personally made & will vary in colour & style. We try our best for our chew toys to be the same size, according to the price.
